 These world class drums were made from recycled Paiste 2002 and Signature cymbals, w/ cymbal style lathing, gold plated hoops, Nickel Drumworks strainer, solid brass lugs, and PureSound snares.   Introduced this year, the Starlite Acrylic is the same as the other DrumTree drums in one way ; instantly recognizable for its' uniqueness. Jeff's concept on these is simple : mass + density = sound. They're available now (CLICK HERE TO PLACE AN ORDER) with either tube lugs or Jeffs' own hex lug design, in either 1/2" or 1" shell thickness, and 5" or 7" depth.
